@benkershner There are discussions being had about zoning and converting dead office buildings to residential, but that process needed to start a decade ago. Don't get me started on all the flat parking space dedicated to state and federal buildings that doesn't get used now.

@benkershner We have similar, but different issues. Infrastructure is setup intentionally to not be walkable. Our public transportation is lacking. On top of that, we have a capitol city that lost a law school and now can't rely on state workers to support commerce because so many are remote.
