@coffeemikeatkin @TheRickWilson Trump isn't technically convicted under NYS law until he is formally sentenced by the judge presiding over his case. That judge has determined that sentencing will be handed down post-election. Hence, under FL law (where Trump resides), he will be eligible to vote
