@GrangAlba@Jaystopher You say we should cut it off and you cite a medical condition for cutting something off. That medical condition is often easily preventable and should be taken care of when it arises. We should not cut off arms in case in the future it might get cancer. Foreskin is the same.

@teekay138@sarvielle Nope not hella overweight. Just started working out and I want to start a clean bulk but also retain a good look throughout. So first I want to have a decent bf% so when I get fat I will have abs for the coming bulk. And within 3 weeks I went to no abs to a sixpack.

Not at all applicable in this situation. Just an aggressive fat loss cut while retaining muscle nothing bad about it.
@obsceneX0@sarvielle It's not unhealthy. I get my micros and my macros the way I want it I supplement omega 3, multivitamins and some other things. It's designed to rapidly lose fat while maintaining muscle. This is around the absolute minimal to keep muscle though.

On days I exercise I might bump it a little bit higher adding a banana and some extra rice for carbs.
