taking vitamin B3 to reverse skin aging sounds like generic vitamin advice that doesn't work until you read the clinical trial showing niacinamide reduced wrinkles by 10%, hyperpigmentation by 22%, and improved skin elasticity by 14% in 12 weeks. then it sounds like a $0.08 per day vitamin outperforming most $60 anti aging serums on the market
niacinamide (a form of vitamin B3) has become the most studied skincare active in dermatology over the last decade. but the oral benefits are equally documented and almost completely ignored by the skincare industry because the industry can't charge $60 for a vitamin B3 capsule the way they can for a serum
the mechanism: niacinamide is the precursor to NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide). NAD+ is the coenzyme required for over 500 enzymatic reactions in the body including DNA repair, mitochondrial energy production, and sirtuin activation (the longevity pathway). NAD+ levels decline by 50% between age 40 and 60. the decline correlates directly with visible aging, reduced energy, and cognitive decline. niacinamide restores the precursor that the body converts into NAD+. more precursor means more NAD+ means more repair, more energy, more sirtuin activity. that's it
• reduced wrinkles by 10%, hyperpigmentation by 22%, and improved elasticity by 14% in a 12 week clinical trial. the skin improvements are visible without instruments
• increases NAD+ levels which activate sirtuins, the same longevity enzymes that calorie restriction and resveratrol target. niacinamide reaches the same pathway at a fraction of the cost
• reduces skin cancer incidence by 23% in a landmark Australian clinical trial of high risk patients. 500mg twice daily. the reduction was statistically significant in a large randomized study. a vitamin that reduces cancer incidence by 23%
• strengthens the skin barrier by increasing ceramide production. ceramides are the lipids that hold skin cells together. stronger barrier means less moisture loss, less irritation, and less sensitivity to environmental damage
• reduces sebum production by 30% in oily skin types. the only B vitamin that controls oil production. acne driven by excess sebum responds to niacinamide through this mechanism
• unlike NMN and NR (the expensive NAD+ precursors that cost $40 to $80 per month), niacinamide converts to NAD+ through the salvage pathway at a fraction of the cost. the expensive supplements are marketed as "premium" NAD+ precursors. niacinamide does the same conversion for pennies
the longevity supplement market sells NMN for $40 to $80 per month as the "premium" NAD+ precursor. niacinamide converts to NAD+ through the same biological machinery at a cost of $5 for 3 months. the premium product is priced for exclusivity. the cheap version uses the same pathway and produces the same molecule
500mg of niacinamide twice daily with food (1,000mg total). this is the dose used in the skin cancer prevention trial. effects on skin quality visible at 4 to 8 weeks. energy improvements at 2 to 4 weeks as NAD+ levels increase. now foods and thorne both make reliable niacinamide at the correct dose. $5 for a 3 month supply
the longevity molecule that your body needs to repair DNA, produce energy, and activate the anti aging pathway costs $0.05 per day as a vitamin that has been available for decades. the supplement industry repackaged the same biological endpoint as a $60 per month "longevity supplement" and hoped you wouldn't notice that B3 was already on the shelf for $5.
WALKING
You can't do too much.
Arguments about "elite" fitness aside, if you walk a lot daily, you'll probably be healthy
It's a cornerstone habit that reinforces other healthy habits
Just finished my first 30 tabs of modafinil. 100mg 5 days a week. It’s truly life changing. Best thing I have ever tried. I was very skeptical of its efficacy, but the normies were right for once.
what you will never regret is spending your time figuring out how to build an extraordinary social life
the key is knowing how to make people feel good and connect with others who share your beliefs
the world belongs to the guy who knows the guy, and you want to be that guy
Fix stomach acid, motility, vagal tone, lymphatic drainage, go low fodmap, take BPC, KPV, glutamine, ginger, space meals 4 hours, sleep perfect, no excess caffeine/nicotine, disrupt biofilms, sauna, binders..
Or just move to Spain and croissant max to fix your gut.
In social gatherings and settings, don’t be too quick to display your intellectual capacity and exhibition of your ‘all-knowing’ ideas. You’ll think you’re being clever and smart but you’re simply brewing envy, resentment and hatred against you. The insecurities of others can be too extreme to the extent they immediately dislike you when you seem to know more than them.
What then do you do? Ask thoughtful questions instead. Give short responses and little informations about contexts of discourse. Let others do much of the talking. Either you agree to them or not, it doesn’t matter. Just listen and nod with crafted-charming smile.
It's estimated that one ejaculation depletes around:
• 5 mg of Zinc (that's nearly 50% of your daily needs)
• A substantial amount of magnesium, selenium, and B12
Over time, frequent ejaculation without proper nutrition can lead to deficiencies and shit energy, mood AND fertility.
This is why semen retention (release no more than once a week is a solid rule of thumb), paired with high-mineral raw nutrition, is powerful for rebuilding masculine energy.
@questoknow@ActionPhir83704@innocentmaruza7 It was an obvious area of need. With wisdom he might have realized that it should be a priority if he wants to donate money. And eventually that might saved his life. Water under the bridge now 😑.
Have sex, date, waste time, do whatever u want, but don't let sex occupy ur mind. That obsession will slowly destroy ur sexual stamina, timing, prowess, intelligence, strength, aura, and everything else. It's one of the most ridiculous compulsions a person can cultivate. It's a disease. Sex isn't meant to inhabit ur mind. Go experience it, but don't plunge into it. There is no end to it.
@Pilot454647 Which Canadians are you talking about? So many are foreign. They only care about getting ahead and sending money home. I doubt they have the energy for patriotism. Old stock Canadian are too depressed lately.
I have a simple belief…..
If another human being has done it, it’s possible for you too.
Whether it’s physical, mental, financial, or spiritual growth, someone has already proven that it’s achievable.
The path may be different.
The timeline may be different.
The struggles may be different.
But the possibility exists.
If one person can do it, why not you?
@hoesluvtroy Work ethic should be gradually introduced in the family from a young age. Just because someone turned 18 don't mean they'll miraculously become mature.
From the ground up, you're seeing leg muscle atrophy from too much sitting and inactivity.
From the buttocks up to the mid back, you're seeing the result of severe anterior pelvic tilt. Again, too much sitting causes the hip muscles to tighten and shorten. This causes the pelvis to rotate forward. To maintain center of gravity, the person's back must lean way back or they'd tip forward.
That's why he has the weird angle in the middle of his back.
The belly also sticks out because of the extreme pelvic tilt and backward lean.
From there, you have your standard man boobs or "moobs" due to high cortisol levels and low testosterone because of his famous lack of sleep. Which has consequences.
Then you have the highly arched upper back and forward head lean due to what? You guessed it, too much sitting.
He needs to go for walks to strengthen his legs and he needs to do more upper back work to help pull his upper body into position.
He needs to stretch his hip with some hurdle stretches and strengthen his hamstrings with any type of squat.
