I guess it's my turn to fling this into the void. Surprised at myself at how many categories E33 didn't top for me, for many complex reasons. The fact I had to genuinely pause and think for most categories shows what a strong year we had. Spoiled for choice.

Just finished Hellblade 2. Incredible visuals and audio, a bit mixed on the rest. Don't regret experiencing it at all. They really made UE5 shine.
Someone on the dev team is also a huge fan of The Descent, and I applaud what they've done with that idea.

As a fan of @larianstudios for decades it's been amazing seeing them grow and they deserve all the success they can get.
As a game dev, you can consider yourself lucky to have that moment where everything seems to come together. Getting there is incredibly hard work, so you always cheer for another studio that makes it.

It’s wild how many game development studios basically just guess required specs. It especially hurts the lower end. This is extra hard with UE5 because we finally need to move from 1060’s
