As the chair of ACIP COVID-19 Immunization Products Workgroup since June 2025, I was stunned to learn that there is no documentation of any meeting of the workgroup during 2021-2022! NONE! For 2023-2024, there were one page summaries that had minimal information that didn’t even include who was present in the room!

This is what they call a ‘scientific’ trustworthy process…

The past workgroup had 70 members mostly representatives of financially conflicted medical associations…

And there is no evidence of any proprietary data that were used, nor do I believe it is ethical to tell people to vaccinate without revealing the data used to support the recommendation!

The folate receptor antibody test is deciding which autistic children start years of high-dose leucovorin. So it is worth reading what the field's own meta-analysis says about it.

Pooled prevalence of the antibody: 71% in autistic children. 61% in their typically developing siblings.

Their words, not mine: "The odds of being positive for the FRAA was not different between children with ASD and their TD siblings."

And on retesting the same child over 5 weeks, the paper reports that children with mostly negative titers "may have low positive ... at some point, while others with the most high titers can have low or negative titers at some time points."

So the marker is nearly as common in the healthy sibling, and it does not hold still in the same child.

The Child Neurology Society says folate receptor autoantibody positivity "has not been validated." The FDA noted "limitations on the available data" in September 2025.

I want to be precise, because this gets misread. The assay may measure exactly what it says it measures. My objection is the inference drawn from it: antibody positive, therefore cerebral folate deficiency,
therefore 2 mg/kg/day up to 50 mg daily (now up to 100mg), for years. Analytically valid is not the same as clinically validated.

I am not against leucovorin. I am against a question mark being treated as a result.

But, but...blocking antibody titer IS significantly higher in autism than in siblings (d' = 0.29, p < 0.0001), described as a small-to-medium effect. Binding titer is NOT different from siblings!

>a small-to-medium difference in a continuous measure, with no validated cut point and no trial using titer to select patients, is not a gate. If titer is the real signal, show the trial that dosed by titer. It does not exist.

If you give LEUCOVORIN (folinic acid) to your child with autism, please watch and share. Nobody talks about this and we had to throw out these facts, because more and more kids with autism are being prescribed mega doses of leucovorin and we see the negative effects when they show up in the clinic. Are we sure this is not causing more harm than good? Yes, some kids do see improvement, but those who do worse are not studied or mentioned. I don't have all the answers, but it's a fair question.

Ben Shapiro Claims Vaccines Do Not Cause Autism. He Is Wrong.

Before I ever heard Ben Shapiro talk about vaccines and autism, I already knew what it looked like up close.

I am one of four autistic siblings. No one else in our family has autism or mental illness—genetic testing confirmed it.

My youngest brother Jeremy is the most severely affected of us. He cannot speak. He bites his own arms every day.

After the TDaP shot, his behavior fell apart. The aggression turned toward others.

His doctor had pressured my mother to give it, and only later admitted the shot contained traces of thimerosal.

Jeremy ended up in a residential facility for disabled minors.I live with the milder version of the same injury.

I have watched what these shots can do to a child’s development, potential, and future independence. I have watched parents left in permanent panic about who will care for their children after they are gone.

So when I saw @benshapiro at the latest TPUSA event defend the childhood schedule, dismiss the autism connection, and call vaccines a “blessing,” I could not stay silent.

My latest article is a direct response. It is written from the perspective of a pro-life constitutional conservative who believes protecting innocent life is non-negotiable—including the lives of children who regress after vaccination. It walks through Shapiro’s claims point by point and explains why denying vaccine injury is incompatible with both conservatism and the defense of the vulnerable.
