Thanks. I completely agree the complaining has ramped up a gear recently, and this stock is the one stock I own where I see the most complaining. In addition to what you have pointed out I see an inverse H&S within the handle you have marked out, the tip of the right shoulder is just over $18 which I think will be the low for now if the pattern plays out.

Its bizarre that we let this happen really, any other type of bill (water, mobile phone etc..)we get we just pay what we use monthly, we don't amass a load of credit first, its a total swizz.

I know its a shame as other than that I think they are a good energy company. I just override their payment change on the app so it doesn't increase. If I wasn't able to do that I would definitely switch. They should be concentrating on the accounts that are actually in debt, not the customers who are in loads of credit IMO.

@OctopusEnergy @mrgarethbrooks It's a load of rubbish and you know it. I understand you don't want customers to be in debt but you tried to make me pay more last year and I didn't take the bait and I did t go into debit, I worked out the payments correctly.
