Currency debasement is back in focus for investors:
The word "debasement" appeared in 1,533 Bloomberg articles last week, the highest weekly count since January 2026.
This was also the 3rd-highest number of weekly mentions on record.
This figure more than doubled from the prior week and surged +750% in 2 weeks.
By comparison, the weekly record in January 2026 was ~1,680 mentions.
The surge comes as investors are increasingly moving toward gold and Bitcoin amid US Treasury intervention in the bond market.

@JDynan Any tenant in the tens of billions market cap partnering with a tiny microcap like $VIVO will def move the stock up significantly. If kevin has half a brain to announce the tenant name this week. Wait too long and shorts win because market will think the deal is off.
@davepl1968 Usually like 10-100 people are thinking about these types of problems at each manufacturing facility, and occasionally someone gets a bright idea like this
Stan Druckenmiller lost $800 million in 13 days shorting internet stocks - finished the year up 42% after making $5 billion in the last two months
he just broke down exactly how he thinks about risk and why he's never used a stop loss in his career
"I was running $6 billion with the best record I knew of and getting paid $43,000 a year"
"George Soros told me my $5 billion bet against the pound was ridiculous - why only $5 billion - do $15 billion - we broke the Bank of England"
"when you're up 20 or 30 percent you're playing house money - that's when you try and get up 60 or 70"
"I have never used a stop loss in my career - if it starts not acting well relative to news I just get out"

@KevinChinARO $VIVO investor here, love the concept. Could we get an official share count of the float? Im see wide range of numbers, and some clarity here would be huge. Would love to see the shorts get squeezed out here!
