Six Arrested After Hijacked Vehicle Recovered in Marble Hall:

Six armed suspects were arrested following the hijacking of a Nissan Navara in the Burgersfort area.

After the victim alerted the tracking company, the vehicle was tracked towards Marble Hall.

Members of KRAFTT Solutions Anti-Hijacking Unit, Hi Risk Services Sekhukhune, RATEL TJ and SAPS coordinated an operation, blocking the suspects on Elandskraal Road.

The hijacked Nissan Navara and its escort vehicle, a white Toyota Etios allegedly used in the crime, were intercepted.

All six suspects were arrested without injuries to police or the suspects.

Police seized two unlicensed 9mm firearms, 10 cell phones and cash found in the suspects’ possession.

The recovered vehicles and all evidence were booked in at Marble Hall SAPS, where ballistic and fingerprint examinations will be conducted as investigations continue.
