John Tortorella will not return to the Golden Knights next season. Tortorella made it clear throughout the Stanley Cup Final he still wants to coach.
If he's not hired right away, I'd expect Tortorella to come off the bench again sometime next season.
Marner with the 5th “Natty” in Stanley Cup Final history…. Sakic, Gretzky,Bossy and Lindsay. If you have a friend who is a Toronto Maple Leafs fan… You need to do a welfare check !!!!!
Huge call... Marc Johnstone went into the crease and it was pass interference as Murashov tried to play it away. Puck goes in Refs waive it off...
Review. NOOOOooooooo. WHAT?! OT WINNER.
WHAT THE HELL?!
That's an unbelievably terrible call.
Player goes into the crease to prevent goalie from playing puck. Pens lose 2-1.
Safe to say the Carolina Hurricanes are going to the Stanley Cup Final to take on the Vegas Golden Knights, starting Tuesday:
GM1: Tue, June 2
GM2: Thu, June 4
GM3: Sat, June 6
GM4: Tue, June 9
GM5*: Thu, June 11
GM6*: Sun, June 14
GM7*: Wed, June 17
All games 8pm ET/5pm PT
Don’t let Canada’s continued 33 year @StanleyCup drought distract you from the fact that the @MapleLeafs have not won the Cup since the league only had six teams in 1967.
#LeafsForever
Projected #Penguins Top 6:
Rakell-Crosby-Rust
Chinahkov-Novak-Malkin
I would expect the second line to be subject to change.
Pens should able to re-sign Chinakhov as a RFA, but also they’ll likely sign or make a trade for a 2C.
Malkin's one-year deal is an interesting one:
$2.5M salary, $3M signing bonus, $500k in GP bonuses, $1M for making playoffs, $500k per round won: total could be worth up to $9M if the maximum number of things happen.
First time the Hurricanes have won a playoff game on home ice beyond the second round since Game 7 of the 2006 Stanley Cup Final.
(0-10, all in ECF)
Series tied 1-1.
@ScottPresler@TheDamaniFelder This race and the awful choice Trump made will make the midterms a blood bath
Bad move ….bad night for the republic , freedom and the constitution
@JFowlerESPN@PreacherBoyRoy@BenjaminSolak Everything will be about the development of a heavily invested in, young OL
Just odd to have this much written about their O without a clear emphasis on the line.
