Teachers now get the benefits of @bluelightcard however UK security professionals are still overlooked. Last year I was told that BLC would not be adding any other industries despite our @SIF_trade_union members being first responders and working closely with police. Disappointed

Trying to report a neglect case to the @RSPCA_official but they won't deal with it. A dog thats been yapping has been left in a house for 4 days and the owner has left with a suitcase.

@VodafoneUK, pathetic Service yet again!! Awaiting a SIM swap on an upgrade which has "Got Stuck". Now got to wait 5 days for it to be resolved so can't use my new phone. Yet quick enough to start charging!!
