Great weekend in Boston playing to support brave children fighting a rare pediatric disease, @KIF1A. Famed @NHLBruins Anthem singer @todd_angilly, got the tournament started with an incredibly moving performance of the National Anthem, followed by our game vs. Boston Fire.

Love @martybiron43’s idea of assessing a minor penalty to any player who instigates a fight after a clean hit. Hitting is a huge and necessary part of the game and players shouldn’t have to answer the bell for a perfectly legal hit.

I had the honor to call Mike Bossy a teammate at an #isles alumni skate. One of the greatest to ever play the game and a gentleman off the ice, his passing is truly a devastating loss for the New York Islanders community.
