Went to see @thedylanmoran @ Sheffield.
Sad to see a chap go through divorce after years of marriage, I feel for him.
Also sad to feel like I burned £50, £20 in fuel and £5 for one beer, plus one evening.

Getting tough today, moments have been easy, but tonight is really tough.

Day2: still on it.
Keep forgetting for about 20 mins - no itch.
Slightly angrier - not too surprising.
Toucghest time is about 07 till 09.
Smelling more / yet to taste more.
The smells are awful!
Patch and 1 gum so far - need normal gum really.
