@ScotRail 09:30 train from Forres to Aberdeen stopping at Dyce to change to bus. Only one bus there for about three to four buses of people. Chaos. Standing waiting soaked. Finally took taxi. Shambles. @ScotRail were aware of this. Why not enough buses

We were delayed at Stirling because of the sheep on the track but then it cleared and we were on our way or so we thought.
@ScotRail@Roger89835988 Not back to normal at all. My train to Inverness was terminated at Perth and this was after the line was cleared. Now having to wait until 17.57 in Perth station and get into Inverness at 20.17 or thereabouts

Just submitted the manuscript for my new book written with a CAMHS psychotherapist and a primary head with a therapist background: ‘Understanding and Reducing Anxiety in the Primary School’ to be published by Routledge in January. It was a meeting of minds and a joy to write.
