Not sure if that's as big of a thing for physical disability though.

@LoreReloaded If you know the particular type of disability, maybe go with that? As in... Chrones, gout, muscular distrophy, and so on? I guess it's a case by case but casting a wide net may be more insulting than naming the particular disability.
