@PurolatorInc @PurolatorHelp You should revoke the license of Vernon, BC. They are scamming shippers. They charge for home delivery (when I’ve ordered home delivery), but then make you pick up your package at their depot, which is 30 minutes from my home. #purolator

@PurolatorInc @PurolatorHelp You need to revoke the license of whoever owns the Purolator in Vernon, BC. Even when we pay for home delivery, if the company we order from uses Purolator, the Vernon depot makes you come to them to pick up the parcel. That’s NOT home delivery.

Typical @AirCanada Flight delayed in pushing back even though the plane was here and ready to go. Now flight is delayed further because the copilot is past his allowable hours. Why are #aircanda operations so consistently awful? #ac192

#aircanda is incapable of getting a flight out on time. Every flight, even those where the cabin door is closed ahead of schedule, sits and waits. It’s like someone in the control room is saying, “yeh, let’s give it 20 or 30 minutes before we push back, just for kicks.”

For the past three months all of my @AirCanada flights have been on time. I’m not sure what to make of this, but I have to think that they are finally getting their operations in order and instilling a sense of urgency. Bravo and much appreciated. #aircanada #superelite
