$GTVH - Logistics Division Update!!

Golden Triangle Ventures is proud to announce a major milestone in the expansion of its Logistics Division operated through LE Logistics, LLC. The company has secured a lease on a 5-acre property in Williston, ND, which will serve as its new headquarters—complete with a 65,000+ gallon diesel fuel island, truck maintenance shop, and winter-ready plug-in parking. An option to purchase the full 10-acre site within 12 months is also secured.

LE Logistics will transform the property into a full-service truck stop offering fueling, repair services, snacks, and powered parking. The company is also working to become an authorized trailer dealer for Side Dump Industries, providing trailer rentals to regional haulers facing severe equipment shortages.

In addition, LE is actively working to secure and operate its own gravel pit to directly supply materials to its existing client base—further strengthening its vertically integrated model.

This move accelerates the company’s mission to help build North Dakota’s most comprehensive logistics hub. LE Logistics moves in on June 1, 2025, and $GTVH looks forward to sharing continued updates as this project develops.
