6.5% is a good offer. Better than I was expecting for us to have on the table. But if it isn’t funded it’s game over for so much of education. You can expect gargantuan class sizes, four day weeks, no extra curricular provision, no teaching assistants and decimated SEN provision.

@birthrightsorg Alternatives/advice from the local hospital here was homebirth, paracetamol, birthing ball and then the morphine and epidural! There isn't a substitute being provided and pregnant woman and even those who aren't are worried. Gas and air is key for so many!

You probably think teachers start at 9 & finish at 3 leaving children unattended children for around 45 mins a day.

@toryboypierce Media support will be low to help create low public support. More anger and hate directed at the wrong people. The government are the ones people need to direct their anger at, not the people highlighting their failings.

@Mattl_w Teachers are not paid for holidays & most work during them. You could see it as days in lieu for all the evenings & weekends? Oh & most get into work before 8 & leave around 6, then work some more. If it's that great, become a teacher, for some reason there's lots of vacancies!

1. Underfunded schools

2. Squeeze on the school day/hours
