24?!? I published one single paper during residency and the process just about killed me and sent me on a one way path to private practice world. I can't imagine doing this much as a student. Explain how this is possible because my non-academic brain is struggling with this.

@YaleRadiology @Mahan_Mathur I remember a similar case but with more extensive envolvement of the perineum and thighs.. called the ED + surg 1st oncall to convey the results verbally, after 30 m i called the surgeon again to ask when they'll operate.. he said he examined the pt and it was just cellulitis 😅
