I am extremely frustrated & angry writing this. My K No. 320414023910. For last 2 weeks, there is severe voltage fluctuation & dropping in our area (affecting 3-4 homes). Every night from 9PM to 5AM, the voltage becomes so low that no heavy appliances work properly

@ccc_jdvvnl I have now received 10+ calls from Jodhpur Head Office regarding this issue. They keep asking whether the problem is resolved, but still no one has come for actual repair work. My answer remains the same — the issue is not resolved at all.

@IGLConnect Worst customer service ever! App is useless, never generates proper invoices. Paid bill (BP: 2800009615) whose invoice was "generated" on 7th May, due 28th May — still NO invoice on email, WhatsApp, or app. Only bill amount shown that too via payment app.
