@GentleWatch1 If you click on the empty compartments you can construct new modules. Such as manufacturing modules that produce additional effort, laboratories for additional research or weapons on specific hardpoint compartments.

Not enough RTS games have map editors these days! The upcoming 0.1.4 update for From Glory To Goo introduces a Steam Workshop integrated map editor. There are already some great ideas on the Beta Branch and I'm looking forwards to what people can come up with.

@touzimsky The biggest obstacle was probably having to rewrite a chunk of my codebase where I had hard-coded "shortcuts" to implement features. Giving people the freedom to have these features on their own map took some work.
