$LBRA Pinning this so I can take a short break: the subsidiaries of the parent company were not independently audited.
In 2024 alone, there were multiple bankruptcies tied to companies under the 1847 Partners platform alone.
ER will be soon.
Don’t fall for the fake headlines ✌️
$LBRA Ellery Roberts is being deposed today in another fraud/breach of contact claim against @1847HoldingsLLC. He is also being sued for 200 million in bankruptcy court tied to Polished for aiding and abetting fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and other claims.

and Ellery Roberts burned likely hundreds of thousands in shareholder money on a retaliatory lawsuit against me, fabricating $2.7 million in damages out of thin air. The court said it “smacks of retaliation” and threw it out. Now they owe my attorney fees.
$LBRA Sharing this part of the judges decision, it wasn’t just me. There were many shareholders who referred to @1847HoldingsLLC as a Ponzi Scheme, viewed Ellery Roberts as a “conman that stole from people” But they sued me because I sued them, that is what’s called retaliation.
@DeanTTraining I was doing bicep curls on the lat pulldown station today when someone came up and asked if I was using it. You could tell they felt entitled to take the machine since I wasn’t using it the “right” way.
@Lifted7X@1847HoldingsLLC They have to pretend that that the entire business model isn’t a scheme to acquire loot, and discard in bankruptcy as Ellery is now dealing with the 200 mil trustee lawsuit alleging this. Also, they may need liquidity today.
$LBRA Here is the explanation from the judge. Securities fraud has a two year statute of limitations and common law fraud has 6 years. We can refile in state courts. Going to sit on this for a few and will update when we make the decision.
$LBRA Just to get ahead of it. My securities fraud lawsuit was dismissed based on statute of limitations, we are evaluating the next steps. They will try and spin this as a win on merits, which will be a lie. @1847HoldingsLLC
$LBRA The common law fraud was not dismissed on merits, just on
jurisdiction— meaning that the federal court were not the proper venue for this claim. We will discuss the next options on to whether to proceed with a state case.

@Lifted7X@1847HoldingsLLC Ellery is being sued for 200 million, even if any of the fake financial projections were real, the money would likely be seized by bankruptcy court.
@Lifted7X@1847HoldingsLLC Sometimes I’m left speechless, this is one of those moments. More fake forward looking statements— with meaningless buzzwords.

In May 2023, they filed an 8-K on the Polished class action—even though NOT a party—because it involved their exec & was material (indemnification/reputation risks).
Same situation now under Reg S-K Item 103. Where’s the update?
CEO Ellery Roberts: The $200M+ Polished Chapter 7 Trustee lawsuit names Roberts for fiduciary breaches & fraud issues.
SEC Reg S-K Item 103 requires disclosing material legal proceedings involving execs if they impact the company (indemnification, reputation, risks). $LBRA

$LBRA Mr. Oliver Griffin, founder of Griffin Partners LLP and lead counsel fo @1847HoldingsLLC:
Life is hard… but even harder when you’re stupid. There is no way around it — this is the dumbest set of facts I’ve ever seen in my life.
Bro really thought he was a mob boss 😂

$LBRA Oct 3: Oliver Griffin requests a call to discuss settlement
Oct 6: reiterates a $1.2M offer, then says they will “come after the lawyers” if it’s not accepted
Oct 9: sends a draft complaint against those same lawyers
Nov 14: files a nearly identical lawsuit.
@Lifted7X@1847HoldingsLLC Ohh that lawsuit has 60-70 exhibits. He looks like a total jackass and it’s all public record. We all had a good laugh at his expense.
This is wild. @1847HoldingsLLC
In another case, Oliver Griffin (attorney for 1847) sent opposing counsel a draft complaint immediately after a failed settlement call—after stating he would “come after the lawyers.”
At some point you have to wonder if he thinks he’s a mob boss.
3/30: Ellery Roberts gets served in a $200M fraud case tied to an alleged $180M transfer.
Delivered to… a virtual office.
Even the lawsuit had to ask, “is anyone actually here?”
