@IAmActuallyNibz @NexusSites The simple explanation is that your ISP controls how fast data can reach you, but the website controls how fast they send it to you. So you can pay for 1 Gbps internet, but if a site caps your download at 3 MB/s, your connection speed doesn’t matter for that download.
