Hi @YumeKuzukawa, StreamRecorder provides the recording infrastructure while users decide which publicly available streams they want to record. Our platform is primarily used by streamers who want to preserve their own broadcasts, video editors working with creators, and viewers who love what you stream enough to rewatch it. We advise our users to ensure they have permission before recording any video content. Streamers can submit a request through our website or Discord server, and we respond to those requests promptly. Regarding your experience on our Discord server, live support is a service we provide to assist users, and participation in our community is subject to the server rules that all members agree to when joining. Should a user be timed out or removed from our Discord server for violating community rules, they still retain access to our opt-out process through the form available on our website. Live support is a benefit we provide, and access to it is subject to compliance with our community rules. Respectfully, Streamrecorder

Stream_Recorder's tweet photo. Hi @YumeKuzukawa,

We want to clarify that our Discord server is not the appropriate place for coordinated spam. Messages removed from Discord were moderated based on our anti-spam rules, not because of the opinions being expressed. We welcome constructive communication, but we ask everyone to follow the same community guidelines so that issues can be resolved in an orderly manner. If you want content reviewed or removed, please open a support ticket. Spamming the Discord does not speed up the process and makes it harder for our team to assist everyone fairly.
