The Katt difference plus some boss differences.

After having played through every stage now, I would say the voice acting during the cut scenes is good, and several of the new lines are funny and smart.

However...

They dropped the ball with the bosses. Pretty much every boss in the game has better voice acting in the original.

Also, Katt was changed completely to fit the feminist stereotype (God forbid making female characters feminine). But I like the new "Lombirdie" joke!
