@dwhembro My best so far is 13 and I could also do a single with 20kg added (tried 25kg, couldn’t quite finish) at that time. I was around 64kg, early 40s.
After meeting with Dr. W. Kraemer today he shared the best way to wrap a bar is pinky first. This method was discovered by J.D. McBride. The wrap has shown to have an increase in neurological connection to the brain, optimizes the muscles of the hand, and better force production.
