@princessjack I take slow release morphine twice daily and use Oramorph when the pain gets really bad. While I don't suffer from what you have to deal with. I am very familiar with pain in it's different forms. Wishing you all the best.

@LauraAgustin In the UK we don't get grinding as the dancer has to stand various distances away. Zero traffcing found during Pentameter or Pentameter. The lack of facts worry me
