@AnnaDwyer99 I agree with you Anna! I believe if they are completing the same occupations they should be entitled to same pay although there are some circumstances such as maternity leave that result in this gap. #OENV18

@AnnaDwyer99 It’s incredibly interesting when you look at our current society aswell and the stigma associated with many different social groups! Stigma is associated around what is deemed the ‘norm’ and those that don’t conform are marginalised. #OENV18

@PyneChiara I agree with you Chiara! It reminds me so much of bias! We don’t realise we are doing it until we are made aware of it by putting something into perspective! Many invisible concepts people aren’t aware of until they critically reflect on themselves and their actions. #OENV18
