@RonDeSantis I was literally just telling my friend about how much of a spine it takes to wear the shoes you wear, be brave when you are standing alone, against the rest of the world. When no one stood beside you, fighting with you, only against you. Stood strong in what you believed in. Most of all, humble enough to be adaptable while preserving the institutions needing preservation. In addition to being forced in every direction for one good reason or another. It takes a Master to be able to have a couple stumbles, acknowledge it, fix it or do what needs it and makes it right, in whatever capacity it needs to be done in, successfully rock out Florida’s finances. I hope you have a vacation planned soon.

For example, when I saw both my pharmacy and “doctor’s” practice slam my FSA for approx $1700 each, as soon as the new year hit, for charges that they would not provide me?

It took a police officer to get them to finally print it all out. Page 1 showed random charges from 2025 that were charged to my 2026 FSA account, then the rest appears that apparently they were billing my insurance but then billing me as if I had no insurance (100% deductible met too), to my FSA.

Cause I’m stupid.

We’re going to need to speak to your provider before sending you out another”

Medicaid is there to pay for care. It is not a payday for providers gaming the system.

Governor DeSantis announced that Florida removed more than 220 providers for fraud, waste or abuse and restricted or suspended payments to more than 260. Over 150 suspected-fraud referrals went to the Attorney General’s Office over the last year.

Not just to protect Medicaid… I saw Cigna paid my hospital stay claim for two weeks when the world knows, I was there for only one.

I know a lot of things that need correcting… common sense stuff, that could produce instant cost reductions in all things medical insurance…. Without hurting the company or customer!

I watched, firsthand, exactly what and how it was happening. This brain picked up their ever-so-crafty bs the first 2 hours I was there watching the “show” of clowns.
