@KFC_UKI For anybody interested in the outcome, I had to contact them on their website as this X post was ignored. They gave me a non-apology and gave me a voucher that can only be redeemed if I go into the store. Having already told them I won’t leave my cycle unattended! 🤦‍♂️ I’m done.

@KFC_UKI as a keen cyclist, I cycled into the drive through of the Colchester branch on Ipswich Road, to collect an order i placed via the app for myself. Why did your staff tell me that I can’t use the drive through to collect an order? I’m obviously not a delivery rider!!

@MailchimpHelp It looks like both Twitter and your own services are slowly coming back online. Our MailChimp portal is now showing numbers in the "X of Y sends this hour" section, rather than blanks, but it's clearing the backlog very slowly. We did nothing to make this work.

@MailchimpStatus We can't send using the SMTP gateway as we've apparently hit the hourly quota, yet our portal shows that "(blank) of (blank)" in the hourly sends section - this happened at the top of the last hour. What's happened with our account?

Twitter app appears to be broken as well: "Your current API plan does not include access to this endpoint"!

@MailchimpStatus I've tried to send a private message, but the web version of Twitter says it can't send it!
