@haven discussing behaviour haven want to make out they will resolve bad experience which I have photo evidence and video of, we had a terrible time with them that we paid good money for and they are very good at ignoring everything saying we will get back in touch and don’t!

@haven This feels like a joke to you I was not happy with the email I had from the team it feels like no cares because this has not happens to you but it has to me and my family very very disappointed really is a joke.

@haven so disappointed how we were treated 3 night break away ruined, started of with having to clean our own caravan it was disgusting. Hairs in the sink toe nail clippings on the floor and apparently this had been cleaned for us to use. #holidayfromhell
