@coldplay Was at your amazing gig on Friday night. Can I ask why Merchandise at the pop up shop and stadium wasn’t limited so that there was enough merch to get to the final night. This hoodie and posters were sold out even though we arrived in London a week before the gig

@British_Airways Please explain to me then, why we had flights in our basket at £685. Filled in our information and when we went to pay it a message came up saying Sorry fare price has changed. It had jumped up to £1200. Surely if it is already in my basket it shouldn’t be able to increase

@British_Airways After Coldplay had to reschedule their concert. We have had to try change our flights. Why have you put aberdeen to london flights up from £500 to now £1200. £60 plus a small fee to change the flight, but the small fee ends up being £600 for a family of 4.Joke 🤬

@BG___73 @coldplay We tried phoning customer services to see if the chargers were correct as it says £60 each to change and possibly a small fee, got told to try again later as they were busy and then the flights jumped up almost £300. Its a joke

@GillianCraven6 @coldplay Is a nightmare. I know its not the bands fault but rescheduling for 5 nights later doesn’t help anyone unless you live in London.

@JoleneSundin @coldplay @TicketmasterUK Its not looking good. @britishairways want us to pay over £600 to change our flights. Like yourself hotel is more expensive now. Getting to the point you cant justify the extra cost and would be cheaper going abroad.

@coldplay @British_Airways now charging £1000 for a return flight Aberdeen to London. Also want to charge us £685 to change my orginal flight. Original flight price for the 4 of us was £450. Absolute joke

@coldplay Family of four going to the concert from Scotlland. Who pays for our plane tickets and my 4 nights in a hotel, plus the activities we have booked to entertain the kids. Rescheduling from the Monday too Friday is a bit differnt to moving the concert 1 day forward.

@JoleneSundin @coldplay @TicketmasterUK Your right. We are now rushing around trying to see if there are hotels available close by. Surprise surprise, hotels have bumped their prices up or fully booked. Flights are going to be more expensive, if we cant change the flights we already had booked. Hope you get sorted

@jingsy @TicketmasterUK A few days ago I got an email from Ticketmaster saying they were moving me as my seats were no longer available. Went from being close to the stage on the balcony, to the back of the venue. Granted ill still get to see them but thats not what I picked 😡
