The income taxes for an individual earning $125000 in Birmingham, AL including Federal, FICA, State and Local has an effective tax rate of 28.33%

@paullewismoney Political nonsense. Many, many trusts protect the vulnerable. What about children, others lacking capacity, addicts, or even blended families? They're not about tax, generally it's what is best for the beneficiaries compared to an absolute gift.
