I have now completed the Aberfeldy Middle Distance Triathlon (half ironman). I completed it in a time of 5 hours 34 minutes.
This is a note of sincere thanks to all of you who have donated to TASC to aid ambulance staff.
The support was overwhelming.
Total raised £2,063.

Hi all, in November 2021 I had a total left hip replacement. I was afraid I would not get back to the job I love as a paramedic.
With the help of TASC I was able to attend the police rehabilitation centre in Auchterarder. The help I received was incredible.
