@DavidDack Brooks shoes are the most comfortable for my feet. I’ve tried other brands over the years & didn’t like them. For the record, I’m an older runner. So I know an 8-minute pace is slow for a lot of people, but I’m just happy I can still be out running.

@StephenMoore Yes, I am outraged! The president said he lowered taxes, but mine went up! I could use that money for my kid’s college tuition.

My two personal rules for social media:

1. Never send a friend request to a Soldier that I out rank or is a subordinate of my commander.

2. Never accept a friend request from a Soldier that is currently in my unit. I will accept them after I’ve left that unit.

I stick by these and it has served me well. I am transparent with people when they ask.

The best biscuits and gravy I ever had was at Maxwell Air Force Base’s OTS dining facility. Those ladies made the best breakfasts!
