From donation to scholarship.

Beginning in 2027, contributions to eligible Scholarship Granting Organizations will help translate private giving into K–12 opportunities for students nationwide.

Treasurer Pack, along with Governor Morrisey, celebrated the start of Hope Scholarship Universal Eligibility today and announced that all West Virginia children in grades K-12 are now eligible to apply for the 2026-2027 academic year.
