DAY MADE - Just got a call out of the blue from Franco an elderly gentleman previously mentioned who one of our students began helping at the very beginning of lock down.

He just wanted to say thank you for not only providing someone to help him during the last 4 months but...

It's amazing what multi generational relationships can do, particularly between the often isolated elderly and young people.

To top it off, he finished by calling us Angels. Both Francesca (who rightly deserves the praise) and also StudentWorks for bring them together.

We appreciate that the first few weeks of opening are likely to be busier than usual and understand the frustrations of hiring temporary staff but not wanting to bring staff back off furlough whilst there’s still so much uncertainty. So, we'd like to help!
