Man the production value on Oshi no Ko is insane. The animation is amazing, the compositing is perfect, and the color choices are immaculate. It’s been too long since I’ve seen a show use warmer colors for shadows instead of just darker base colors. Watch it if you haven’t

Honest question since I’ve been watching Onimai: What purpose is there in this day and age for “localization” vs translation? I thought after 4Kids went under we were done with that era of anime. I don’t want to have to pirate shows I like because translators won’t just translate

One thing I really appreciate about the Bleach TYBW opening is the decision to include romanized versions of peoples’ names in addition to kanji. I just wish the ending had followed suit

JDF was my childhood hero. Seeing Tommy face the darkness he came from and overcoming it, only to become the best ranger in history was one of the most inspirational things I’d seen in my childhood. Rest In Peace to an absolute legend who loved his job and his fans.
