We will not yield
We will never give in
We will never give up
We will never back down
We will never ever surrender!

I took a look at this. It's a good outcome, but let me fill you in on a few facts so you understand how crazy it is that we had to litigate this at all.
In 2016, there was such a huge surge of migrants on the border that DHS couldn't possibly process them all. So it set limits, and would allow a small number into the US each day to be processed, and those people could then start the process of requesting asylum. The people standing at the border who couldn't get processed right away then filed a class action lawsuit, claiming their "rights" were violated. The District Court agreed with them, and the Ninth Circuit affirmed.
So our courts ruled that migrants - people who are not citizens of the United States - can use American law to sue the American government basically to let them in. That's a little simplified but more or less the case.
The statutory issue is when a migrant can be considered to have "arrived in the US." The lower courts held that a migrant has "arrived" the moment he reaches the border and has any contact with US border patrol. So when an agent STOPS someone from entering, the District Court and the Ninth Circuit ruled that the migrant had in fact "arrived" in the USA, such that he can take advantage of our laws and sue our government.
That is the madness that SCOTUS put a stop to today. Keep in mind also that this lawsuit has been going on since 2017. So for nearly 10 years, we have wasted resources to get a SCOTUS ruling that is just basic common sense.
SAVE ACT: Senate Leader Thune's constituents don't live in South Dakota - his actual constituents are the 27 Republican senators who voted to give him the gavel. Thune isn't working for Americans, he's working for the 27 senators who give him power.
https://t.co/Q2ti8aMG88
SAVE ACT: Thune is in open defiance of the American people and our president. Immediately after this press gaggle he held a vote to send senators on a 19-day vacation with one senator holding 5 proforma sessions to block Trump’s recess appointments.
JUSTICE THOMAS: “[A]liens have no equal protection rights against the Federal Government.”
This should be the baseline position for every single GOP politician and lawyer, and we should tolerate nothing less.
The ROAD to Housing Act is a progressive nightmare federal power grab. It's escaping proper scrutiny because commentators, opinion leaders and "influencers" are lazy (or worse), and have been charmed by the "affordability" lie and "bipartisanship" byline.
But this bill does not do what they claim. The "corporate ownership" bans are weak, and the "regulation cuts" are negligible.
95% of this bill is Obamas housing & HUD policy on steroids. It's exactly the federal-into-local overreach that so many have fought for so long. There's a reason why the radical left are so angry Trump "paused" on the signing today… this is their bill. It's a DSA wet dream.
NO republican, conservative or libertarian in their right minds should be supporting this. And Trump needs to VETO it immediately.
DETAILS:
Sec. 207 creates a $200 million program to incentivize dense, subsidized “affordable housing” units in our small communities.
Sec. 101 forces housing counseling agencies to provide government-funded legal "help" to tenants facing lawful eviction, effectively subsidizing efforts to derail property rights.
Sec. 106 even establishes a national eviction helpline for the same counterproductive, anti-capitalist purpose.
This bill also provides a three-year reauthorization (with a push for permanence) of the flawed CDBG-DR program, w/ a history of massive delays and pro-urban bias. Disaster relief should be handled strictly by FEMA, not snuck into "housing" bills.
It indefinitely reauthorizes and expands the idiotic HOME grant program.
It authorizes a 7-year expansion of the PRICE program, letting HUD and NGOs buy trailer parks and force below-market rents.
It reauthorizes and dramatically expands the RAD program (up to 100,000 units!), converting properties into long-term Section 8 housing via vouchers.
It does nothing to restrict foreign adversary purchases of American housing stock (unlike efforts in the farm bill).
It fails to make sanctuary jurisdictions ineligible for federal housing grants or to codify Trump’s “mixed status” rule limiting benefits for households with illegal or ineligible residents.
AND it leaves in place the illegal COVID-era eviction moratorium.
BREAKING: U.S. Supreme Court has ruled 6-3 that migrants coming from Mexico who show up at the border have not “arrived in the United States” and are not allowed to apply for asylum.
🚨 BREAKING: The Supreme Court has sided with the Trump administration ruled 6-3 that non-citizens who show up to the southern border do not automatically count as asylum seekers under federal law and can be turned away.
Major immigration win.
🚨BREAKING: In a 6-3 decision, The U.S. Supreme Court sides with the Trump administration in ending Temporary Protected Status for 350,000 Haitians and 6,000 Syrians.
The @StateDept has already mobilized a disaster assistance team and task force to deliver and coordinate critical assistance to the Venezuelan people. Working with our partners in the interim Venezuelan government, the U.S. will be sending search and rescue teams, medical and humanitarian supplies and other resources in the crucial first days after this tragic natural disaster.
So the bipartisan housing bill includes a slush fund for slumlords and nonprofits to do free home repairs called the “Whole Home Repairs Act”.
I’m tired, boss. I’m tired of middle class workers being squeezed for more free shit for strangers. https://t.co/nMXhqZHS6J
The Florida Department of Corrections classified over 40,000+ inmates with Hispanic surnames (not to mention photos) as WHITE.
You know why this is being done.
@GovRonDeSantis, what do you have to say about this?

Muchas gracias 🙏🏽
The Earth just experienced FOUR significant earthquakes in a single day.
First, it was a Magnitude 5.6 in California’s Redwood Valley.
Then, 7 hours later, a devastating “double” quake inflicted massive destruction in northern Venezuela. The first one at Magnitude 7.2, followed by an even larger Magnitude 7.5 only 39 SECONDS later.
Finally, a mere 25 minutes after the Venezuela twins, a Magnitude 6.9 marine earthquake struck offshore of Kuji, Japan.
Very rare to see this much seismic activity across the globe in such a short period of time.
Some thoughts after last night’s Hammer and Sickle wave in NYC:
1. The base of the Democrat Party is now post-American, in their ideals and in their voters. Primary winners ran on "ending the American Empire" and blamed American capitalism for 9/11. Why do you think they're fighting so hard to stop the SAVE America Act?
2. Chuck Schumer, the Great Arsonist of the Senate, is not a viable candidate for reelection in 2028. He sacrificed his career on the altar of mass migration. Now mass migration will cannibalize him.
3. Import the third-world. Become the third-world. Half of NYC residents have a language other than English as their primary language. Zohran got 62% of the foreign-born votes and only 31% of the American-born votes. I bet that trend continued for the Leftist winners of these primaries.
4. To those who say Twitter isn't real life, I'm not sure Bluesky/TikTok are either. Online darlings of the left George Conway and Jack Schlossberg got creamed.
5. "We are Westerners fighting for the total eradication of Western Civilization" was the stated goal of a group founded by a soon-to-be congresswoman. If you still don't know what time it is...
6. It is becoming more and more clear that the Left is rallying around explicitly anti-Western views as it loses ground on the trans/DEI front, just as the Left has done in Europe. Watch this space in the 2028 Democrat Presidential primaries. Communists winning elections is not a "win for the right." This will do great damage to our country and to the political outlook of many Americans.
7. We can still win, but the coalition is changing. The battleline is increasingly about the view of America: are we a nation daring to be great again or is America a mistake and a sin worthy only of eradication?
This isn't an arbitrary game or some meaningless competition. Our nation is on the line.
One year ago today, I stood in the House gallery as Congressman Tim Burchett passed a bill to stop paying the Taliban. The Senate has taken four vacations since, but still hasn’t voted on the No Tax Dollars For Terrorists Act. All while $40 million a week goes to the Taliban.
Many patients have inquired about the need to use Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, and Mebendazole simultaneously. This will clarify the situation for you. Each of these substances operates through distinct mechanisms and targets cancer in unique ways.
Ivermectin vs. Fenbendazole vs. Mebendazole
🔬 Ivermectin vs. Fenbendazole vs. Mebendazole: 12 Powerful Anti-Cancer Mechanisms Each Uses to Attack Tumors
These repurposed medications were originally designed to fight parasites — but research and real-world use have shown they do much more. Each one attacks cancer on multiple biological fronts, helping shut down tumor growth, starve cancer cells, boost the immune system, and more.
Here’s a breakdown of how each works:
✅ IVERMECTIN – 12 Known Anti-Cancer Actions
1. Inhibits WNT/β-catenin pathway – stops cancer cell proliferation
2. Induces apoptosis – triggers programmed cancer cell death
3. Blocks importin α/β transport proteins – prevents cancer cell replication
4. Inhibits PAK1 enzyme – reduces inflammation and tumor progression
5. Anti-angiogenic – stops formation of new blood vessels in tumors
6. Immune system modulator – enhances recognition of cancer cells
7. Autophagy disruptor – interferes with cancer cell survival strategies
8. Targets glioblastoma stem cells – effective in brain cancers
9. Inhibits mitochondrial respiration – cuts off energy supply to tumors
10. Disrupts mTOR signaling – slows cell growth
11. Overcomes chemotherapy resistance – makes chemo more effective
12. Antiviral properties – potentially helpful for virus-related cancers (like HPV)
✅ FENBENDAZOLE – 12 Known Anti-Cancer Actions
1. Microtubule disruption – prevents cancer cells from dividing
2. Inhibits glucose uptake – starves cancer cells of energy
3. Activates p53 tumor suppressor gene – helps kill damaged cells
4. Triggers apoptosis (cell death) – particularly in lung, colon, and prostate cancer
5. Inhibits metastasis – prevents cancer from spreading
6. Enhances oxidative stress in cancer cells – makes them more vulnerable
7. Immune modulator – may help immune system target tumors
8. Blocks angiogenesis – stops tumors from building blood supply
9. Depletes glutathione in tumors – weakens their defense
10. Suppresses AKT signaling pathway – involved in cell survival
11. Restores normal cell cycle regulation – prevents uncontrolled growth
12. Synergistic with other natural agents (e.g., CBD, curcumin, vitamin D)
✅ MEBENDAZOLE – 12 Known Anti-Cancer Action
1. Microtubule destabilization – similar to fenbendazole
2. Inhibits angiogenesis blocks new blood vessel growth
3. Triggers apoptosis – causes cancer cell death
4. Inhibits VEGF signaling – blocks tumor blood supply signals
5. Crosses blood-brain barrier – useful for brain cancers
6. Activates caspase-3/7 enzymes – involved in programmed cell death
7. Reduces MYC oncogene expression – slows tumor growth
8. Inhibits Bcl-2 protein – lowers cancer cell survival
9. Anti-metastatic – reduces spread of cancer
10. Disrupts mitochondrial function – energy production in tumor cells fails
11. Improves chemo sensitivity – helps standard treatments work better
12. Low toxicity + long safety record – used in humans for decades
🌱 Each of these medications targets cancer through different biological pathways.
