@ACampbe36885200 I think it gives a glaring insight into the Unionist supremacist attitude towards Nationalists, as it has been for the past 100+ years of ‘Northern Ireland’. Is this what Unionism has to offer Nationalists to remain within the Union.
@quickstics@GBNEWS Ireland never broke the ‘long held policy of not bringing politics into sport’. FIFA and UEFA set the tone when they suspended Russia in response to Ukraine invasion. Not to mention the USA boycott of the Russian Olympics in 1980.
@2505Mac@StefSpodeUK@BelfastBooks I’m from the area where that picture was taken. There are no houses where he is pointing. It was Beechmount Leisure Centre playing fields. Beyond that is a Nursing home. No houses to be seen in the direction of the rifle. There is a school there now.
@JamieBrysonLLB In the post it states the meeting is between ‘Sinn Féin, SNP and Plaid Cymru. Independent political parties, nothing at all to do with Emma, unless she’s a member of one of those parties.
@implausibleblog Why do conservatives like her have an issue when working class people get pay rises but never criticise bankers and CEO’s with their super bonuses.
@IsabelOakeshott@reformparty_uk What’s interesting is the comment, ‘rather than forced to clean the street’. It gives an insight into your prejudice. You obviously view this as a demeaning activity. You also view people on UC only fit to clean streets. They could be ex-nurses, engineers, police officers etc.
