@UKVolkswagen This is still going on, the latest is constant warnings from the app telling me I have left the vehicle unlocked. The app also continually tells me I have zero miles range left even when the car is fully charged. When will this be fixed????
VW app has been down for days, global login failures and no remote functions. Owners reporting the issue everywhere still no public status page, no updated timeline from VW. Customers deserve transparency. If you’re affected, please comment/RT @UKVolkswagen@Volkswagen@VWGroup
@SkyUK I recently called as you were overcharging me on my subscription. I was apologised to and offered an upgrade for the price I was originally paying. I've now been billed and of course you are overcharging me again
@UKVolkswagen Done that, again and again. Why do you keep pushing your customers to chase for updates. Why can't you update us? I don't think I've ever experienced customer support like this. This is the longest lasting outage I've heard of but still you haven't once publicly acknowledged it
@UKVolkswagen Are you serious, I have repeatedly spoken with you both by phone and by direct message and the answer is the same "please be patient". Well now I am getting constant messages from the app telling me I have left the vehicle unlocked!
@solomonrose86@UKVolkswagen@volkswagen@VWGroup I can login and use the app but still having problems with my link to smart charging with my energy provider. Still no public acknowledgement that it's even happening from Volkswagen so maybe we are both imagining all of this?
@skerplaz@UKVolkswagen I'm beginning to think this is a cyber attack, why else would VW be ignoring questions and not putting out an update? Has our data been compromised?
@UKVolkswagen the thing I don't understand about the lack of information regarding the app outage is that it can't be a staffing issue? I mean you have all the guys that used to fiddle the emissions figures just sat around doing nothing?
@UKVolkswagen I haven't been able to connect with the VW app since the app logged me out yesterday. I called your support line and was told to wait because there was an outage. When will this be fixed?
@UKVolkswagen The Volkswagen approach to customer service. Everything is broken should we let the customers know? Nah just leave it they'll find out for themselves soon!
@VodafoneUK I have recently tried to port my number to you from Lebara after 4 days an esim a physical sim and £15 in taxi fare. I asked to cancel and was told you had no idea when my SIM would be activated so therefore the only way to cancel would be for me to lose my number
I did that. I have now just received another email welcoming me to Vodafone and detailing my account charges!!! I called again and hung up after being told to stay on the line while this was sorted. Please can you delete all of my data as I have requested and
