I've really strengthened my lesson plans from last year and my ability to make guided reading plans! It's been nice to be at a grade level for two consecutive years! Not having to start over from scratch woot-woot!! #ncbtchat
#ncbtchat A3. This year I've devoted much more time to my personal health. I signed up for an at-home fitness program to limit my excuses for not making it to the gym. Doing so has tightened up my eating habits as well. This has made me feel less sluggish than years previous.
#ncbtchat My school has struggled keeping a position filled. Our teammate started a month late then had to unexpectedly leave in Jan. The kids got a new teacher quickly, but we've had to learn flexibility on how to manage our own classes while also being supportive to all!
Q4. Right away during my first year, the new teachers arranged times to meet outside of school to get to know one another on personal levels. While we all don't get together all the time, I feel like we do get together every couple months to have a fun night together #ncbtchat
@cnicoleswink016 How long does this leave you at school? As a BT 3, I still struggle with that balance. I've gotten weekends down, but that is because I stepped up what I do on the weekday nights. Any advice would be great! :)

@lncanady@GoNoodle What grade do you think? And did your students like the yoga videos at first? I feel like my second graders have no interest in truly trying those. Any advice on a buy in?
Also, link to those growth mindset videos?! :)
@AmyLaughter#NCBTChat I've started offering choice seating during writing, and my students have been much more involved with their writing unit. They want the chance to pick their seats, so they've been staying much more on task.
