@GeneralpattonS@shaboozietx@Cernovich Appreciate your guys help on this, and I ended up getting Carlson Omega 3 + D&K and Jarrow DIM/CDG to add to magnesium and b12. I read somewhere that you should take DIM for in 30 day increments. Do you guys agree with this or can is it an everyday supplement?
