I would say it is a combination of both the top 1-2% that seem to have monopolize the majority of wealth, ownership and influence on the system. As well as the bottom 2-10% that are useful idiots easily influenced or the vast majority of society’s problems such crime, drug use, poverty, that believe they are entitled to endless free stuff, entitled to your money and stuff because they are lacking. Its the people in the middle, working class, middle class, that get squeezed by the extremes on both sides.
