Don’t be fooled by a lot of misinformation involving fuels for your bee smoker. You don’t want fuel that requires a lot of heat to combust. It has much of the same qualities as dried grass its easy to find, easy to light, and produces a cool gentle smoke for your bees.

@ezramponye @MBU We've always advised beekeepers to keep a distance between their homes and Apiaries. Such recklessness by a few beekeepers paints bees as bad insects, yet others are getting rich from them.

With @WorldofBees4, we eliminate the middle men, the public can now purchase directly from the beekeepers themselves. And because they are registered with us, it's very easy to trace back in case there are any rising issues with product dissatisfaction

Currently, I have 30 Bee colonies which give me an average of 200kg of honey per harvest which when sold earns me 5 million Ugx. With the increase in harvests, I decided to start processing and packing my honey. @TriasEastAfrica

The ground has been leveled for Women participation into beekeeping. Their biggest problem has been Land ownership but we have since involved their Husbands who are the land owners into all projects and we've spoken to them about the importance of Women Keeping Bees.

Local Hives on the floor? Isn't it dangerous 😳? What will happen if it rains heavily 🤔? What will happen if Termites attack? Does the owner know about Hive stands? So many questions for this Apiary that needs our Urgent Help, much as all Hives appear to be colonised.
