@SophieKil28 @CostaCoffee Thanks Sophie, I read this. It's a real blow for Coeliacs/other allergy sufferers. I'm lucky my daughter loves cold milk but she was gutted hot choc was now off the menu. Costa will lose a lot of customers, not just Coeliacs but their companions too in search of hot drinks now

@CostaCoffee Sad that your decision to change oat milk to one that's not gluten free, will end up costing you thousands of customers as its no longer safe to drink there. It's not just Coeliacs but their companions too. A group I am in has 25k members who now can't drink there

@CostaCoffee Huge thanks to the gentleman working in Costa ILKLEY this afternoon (30/12 3.30pm-ish) We asked if hot choc was gluten free. He went above and beyond to check everything, made sure he washed out the utensils beforehand, so reassuring, he's a credit to your company!

@CadburyUK So very disappointed. Not only to cut off your desserts (pots of joy etc) from all coeliac sufferers (my daughter is heartbroken that her favourite dessert is now no-go on top of everything else she cant have) but to not clearly label the change is unforgivable

@Morrisons Can I check, your own brand Hundreds and Thousands don't have any allergens in bold but my coeliac society app says they are not suitable as they contain wheat starch. Can you confirm they are suitable for coeliacs?
