@maeth777 Agree but also think it’s a slightly different market. My local Greggs in Bristol is opposite an awesome vegan cafe (Vx). I don’t think Greggs will put them out of business. The Greggs sausage rolls are cheaper (in every sense) giving vegan option to people on a tighter budget.
