@TMobileHelp let me add, that upon calling and talking to #tmobile agents, I was told that, these lines were never used, but I was just charged for it for 67 months and without my autopay discount. I don’t obviously recognize these #s! Why is it so difficult for T-Mobile to do what’s right?

@TMobileHelp I’ve been trying to resolves this since April 23rd! And if I wasn’t the one who was there to activate this, then who did and how can T-Mobile do this without making sure that I signed up for this, did a staff add it? Was it fraud? How many customers has #tmobile done this with?

@TMobileHelp I received a letter from T mobile, stating that I went to a T mobile store on August 23rd 2017 and activated 2 Apple Watch accounts. I don’t even own Apple Watches. And since I didn’t catch this in 60 days, in 2023, #Tmobile has charged over $2000….
