WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Honorable President of India @rashtrapatibhvn
One question must be asked.
If the ineligible candidates can be identified,
should the eligible and the ineligible face the same consequence?
“#Unequals_cannot_be_treated_equally.”
#Article 14 is not merely about equality.
It is about fair and just equality.
44,163 citizens have raised this question.
This is not merely about jobs.
This is about the #Rule_of_Law. 🇮🇳

Hon’ble President of India,@rashtrapatibhvn
In 2016, nearly 26,000 teachers & non-teaching employees were appointed by WBSSC after clearing every stage of recruitment.
After around 5,700 ineligible candidates were identified, the entire panel was cancelled—without distinguishing the eligible from the ineligible—even after nearly 6 years of service.
This raises grave questions under Articles 14, 21 & 311 of our Constitution.
If one citizen’s initiative could bring together 44,163 signatures, imagine the voice if many more had joined.
As responsible citizens, we have fulfilled our duty under Article 51A.
The signatures have been submitted.
We have done our part.
Now, the nation awaits yours.

⚖️ Justice Must Not Inflict the Innocent.
When corruption is condemned, fairness must still prevail.
Thousands who served with dignity cannot be stripped of livelihood without individual justice.
We urge a Constitutional review under Article 143(1) to protect equality, natural justice, and the rule of law under the Constitution of India.
Let the Supreme Court of India clarify the questions that affect thousands of families and the future of public recruitment.
📢 This is not a protest.
This is a call for Constitutional conscience.

🚨 Harsh Truth!
Our High Courts & Supreme Court now feel like red-light zones — not of flesh, but of Constitutional trade.
The sacred document meant to protect justice is now being bargained for power. ⚖️💔

#SaveUntaintedTeachersWbssc2016 Stop acting like God! Forget being God,to be a great human being, you need justice and fairness.180 reviews dumped in 5 mins.1806 ineligible → 15,403 innocent punished.4 dead already.Justice ≠ ego.
You misused power. Shame! @barandbench
We demand answers:
If culprits are identified, why punish the innocent?
If CBI report can cancel jobs, why not use it to protect qualified candidates?
If re-exam is possible, why not publish full list of qualified teachers?
#JusticeSanjayKumar#JusticeSatishSharma#CJIBRGavai
When tainted are listed, why force untainted to re-prove merit in an open exam? Innocent voices silenced, lives lost. Is SC a temple of justice or a place where citizens aren’t heard? India deserves justice, not silence. #JusticeSanjayKumar#JusticeSatishSharma#CJIBRGavai
#SaveUntaintedTeachersWbssc2016 Nation is going to celebrate Teachers’ Day with flowers, speeches & hashtags on coming 5th September.
But the real teachers—the ones fighting for dignity, jobs, and justice—are left abandoned.
What an irony. @the_hindu@PMOIndia@rashtrapatibhvn
