In 2016, nearly 26,000 teachers & non-teaching employees were appointed by WBSSC after clearing every stage of recruitment.

After around 5,700 ineligible candidates were identified, the entire panel was cancelled—without distinguishing the eligible from the ineligible—even after nearly 6 years of service.

This raises grave questions under Articles 14, 21 & 311 of our Constitution.

If one citizen’s initiative could bring together 44,163 signatures, imagine the voice if many more had joined.

As responsible citizens, we have fulfilled our duty under Article 51A.

The signatures have been submitted.

We have done our part.
Now, the nation awaits yours.

When corruption is condemned, fairness must still prevail.

Are Supreme Court judges (selective) acting as brokers for politicians?

In the WBCSSC 2016 recruitment scam: why didn’t the Court first order the list of corrupt candidates to be published? Why not demand the report showing how the corruption happened?

Because of ~1,804 corrupt hires, ~15,403 innocent families are being destroyed today. Can SC escape this responsibility? Can two taxpayer-funded institutions (CBI & SC) openly contradict each other?

If the corrupt list can be published, why not the clean list? Or at least declare the others innocent?

If we say a head has no hair—doesn’t that prove it’s bald?

Useless judges with no merit, brains mortgaged! Could they even pass today’s competitive exams? Hypocrisy.

They couldn’t even touch the real culprits. Dark justice, shameless judges.

What proof is there that they weren’t instructed beforehand, that they weren’t sold out?

Don’t you think the entire episode was pre-planned? The Court could have said long ago—“Give us the list of innocent candidates, protect them.” Instead, it let the innocent and deserving suffer, deprived them of justice. Now, in a dramatic twist, the Supreme Court orders the list to be published.

It feels as if the Supreme Court, WBCSSC, and the West Bengal State Govt. are all playing a bizarre game—sacrificing the deserving just to cover up injustice.

But what will this list achieve if the innocent still have to reappear for exams? If we never get back the jobs we earned with merit?

Shame on the entire system.

Institutional corruption has happened, the Calcutta High Court and the Supreme Court said.

Two government institutions (CBI, SC) that run on taxpayers’ money cannot trust each other!
Can two highest state institutions do this among themselves?!

On the basis of a CBI report someone’s job can be taken away, but apparently they cannot be kept in the job!

So the judges of the court, who heard the WBCSSC 2016 case, what did they do for the guilty powerful people—just oiled them up!? They only gave a hard beating to the powerless, destroying ~15,403 corruption-free families!

If this verdict did not happen under political pressure, then are the judges lunatics? Outside of this, is it possible to believe anything else?

Stupid mad judges, sitting on the chair with your brains mortgaged: you don’t even have transparency yourselves.

These idiot judges should have to take a competitive law exam—becoming judges through someone’s recommendation and then showing off?!

We demand a fresh law test for India’s judges and advocates— most are incompetent & corrupt. The benches of Debangsu Basak (Calcutta HC) and Sanjay Kumar (Supreme Court) must face it without delay.

Someone who cleared a competitive exam in 2016 can be forced to re-appear in 2025 — just on “suspicion” — even after the CBI found them innocent?
Fine. Then why don’t judges & lawyers also take exams to prove how competent and corruption-free they are?

Are they the only ones who can doubt others? We doubt them too.
After all, they’re also just “Not specifically found to be corrupt.”
