@ArpitaM14318504 DLED and B.ED training from NCERT has been made compulsory for teaching in primary and higher secondary schools just as DGET to CITS training has been made mandatory for teaching in ITI colleges. Until now, CITS training has not been made compulsory in ITI college

We also condemn & demand withdrawal of the RPL scheme under CITS of DGT which issues NCIC certificate equivalent to CITS certificate within a short span of 3 months.

As per NCTE rules, we all know that B. Ed or D.El.Ed training is mandatory for all Primary and Secondary school teacher recruitment. Similarly, complying with NCVT rules we demand that CITS training should be mandatory for recruitment of ITI instructors in all ITI institutes.

@TUHINDE11148841 CITS bengal West Bengal এ CITS ট্রেনিংপ্রাপ্ত শিক্ষকদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হোক প্রত্যেকটা আইটিআই কলেজ।
না হলে এই আন্দোলন চলছে চলবে।
যেখানে DGET রুলস মেলে প্রত্যেকটা আইটিআই কলেজ চলে, সেখানে DGET এর CITS ম্যান্ডেটরি করে দেওয়ার কথা বলা হয়েছে এই নিয়ম কেন ফলো করছে না WBPSC
